Do I need a referral?

Private patients can book without a referral. For Medicare, DVA, workers compensation and CTP appointments, you’ll need the relevant referral.

Can I claim a Medicare rebate?

Yes, with an eligible Medicare referral. Appointments are not bulk billed, so a gap payment applies.

Should I bring scans or reports?

Please bring any relevant scans or reports you already have, along with any referral documents. You don’t need to arrange new scans just to attend your appointment.

What should I wear?

Wear comfortable clothing that you can move in and that allows access to the area being assessed. Shorts and a T-shirt or singlet may be practical, depending on your appointment.

Do you accept workers compensation and CTP claims?

Yes, we accept workers compensation and CTP appointments. You’ll need a valid claim and the relevant referral.

How long is the initial appointment?

Initial appointments last 30–60 minutes and are not necessarily longer than follow-up appointments.
